Returns & right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to change your mind

As an EU consumer you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. This is your legal right of withdrawal.

How to do it

1. Tell us within 14 days at support@blomgarden.com, or use the model form below.
2. Send the bulbs back within 14 days, unused and in their original packaging.
3. Return shipping is on us — we’ll arrange or reimburse the cost of sending your return back.

Your refund

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof that you’ve sent it), to your original payment method.

What can’t be returned

Bulbs you’ve already planted, or that are no longer in their original condition.

Damaged, wrong or incomplete? That’s separate.

Email us with your order number and photos and we’ll replace or refund it. This never affects your statutory rights.
