Our promise: 30 days to return

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return, for any reason. This is Blom’s own return promise, and it is longer than the law requires.

To start a return, email us at support@blomgarden.com. The bulbs must be unused and in their original packaging.

Your statutory right of withdrawal: 14 days

Separately from our 30-day return promise, as an EU consumer you have a legal right of withdrawal. You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification. This statutory right always applies, and nothing on this page limits it.

How to do it

Tell us at support@blomgarden.com, within 30 days under our own return promise, or within 14 days if you are using your statutory right of withdrawal. You can also use the model form below.
Send the bulbs back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping is on us: we’ll arrange or reimburse the cost of sending your return back.

Your refund

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof that you’ve sent it), to your original payment method.

What can’t be returned

Bulbs you’ve already planted, or that are no longer in their original condition.

Damaged, wrong or incomplete? That’s separate.

Email us with your order number and photos and we’ll replace or refund it. This never affects your statutory rights.
