Fritillaria Meleagris Mixed

There is a quietness to the snake's head fritillary that rewards stillness. Meleagris Mixed holds its chequered a beautiful mix of garden hues bells just above the grass in April and May, asking to be approached rather than admired from a distance. Planted in drifts in grass or borders, it naturalises steadily, creating a display that becomes more beautiful and more generous with every passing season.
